Reviewer Dashboard: Advanced Customizations – CreatorIQ

Reviewer Dashboard assists in bringing collaborators together when they do not have CreatorIQ user accounts.

In this article, we will focus on the customizable options within the Reviewer Dashboard. These options will further tailor the dashboard to you and your team's needs.

After preparing and check-marking the content you are ready to send to your reviewer(s), click the Advanced link at the bottom of the Send to modal. This will expand all the available customizable options.

View-only	Toggling this feature on will make the recipient's entire reviewer dashboard read-only. They will not have the ability to like, dislike or leave comments.
Expires At	When the set date comes, your reviewer dashboard link will no longer be accessible to the recipient.
Approval Due	Set a due date for the reviewer. If a date is set, there is an option to toggle on Auto-Remind Reviewers.
Auto-Remind Reviewers*	This option only becomes available when Approval Due* is toggled on. Toggling on will give you the option to set the amount of days – before the due date – a reminder email will be sent to the recipient.

Note: Before the collaborator is able to enter their customized dashboard, their email address and full name are required for security purposes. This security feature is designed to ensure the person reviewing content is the correct recipient.
