Creator Statuses assists in organizing and collaborating on prospective creators that are on your radar. By setting a status, for example, you can signal to your team which part of the onboarding process the creator is currently on.
Note: CRM and Campaign Creator Statuses function differently.
CRM Creator Statuses are mainly used as manual updates / notes for you and your team. Campaign Creator Statuses, on the other hand, assist in campaign procedures and can be seen by talent depending on their status. → AdSense issues → Too small → Incomplete application → Other network |
The client does not plan to collaborate with the creator. The sub-status is the reason they declined their partnership. |
Active |

The creator is in the client's network. |
Lost |
→ In Network → Declined → Do not contact → No longer exists → Other network → Terminated |
There's been no communication between the creator and client. |
Signed |
→ AdSense issues → Strike → YouTube issues → Other network → Invitation sent → Awaiting Invitation → Declined Partnership → Never Clicked |
The creator has signed an agreement to collaborate with the client. The sub-status is the current stage the client and creator are. |
Approved |
→ Waiting for signed contract |
The client has decided to move forward with the creator and are now waiting for the creator to sign their contract. |
Incomplete |
→ Onboarding incomplete |
The creator started the Creator Connect registration but did not complete it. |
