In this article we'll dive into your campaign settings options within the Work with Creators Tab.
In the campaign click on the Campaign Settings icon
In campaign settings click on the Work With Creators tab located on the top nav bar.
Creator Requirements
Label | Description |
Invitation Respond By Date | For creators in Invited status, they will see this "Respond By" date on their campaign page |
Default Post Requirements* | Social post requirements that your creators are required to fulfill. Use this setting to set defaults across all creators |
Additional Campaign Requirements* | Non-social post requirements that your creators are required to fulfill. Use this setting to set defaults across all creators |
*You can change or override the Default Post Requirements and the Additional Campaign Requirements at the creator level.
Creator Instructions
Label | Description |
Common Instructions | Inform the creator of specific instructions for posting |
Social Media Platform Instructions |
Posting instructions specific to the social platform selected for the campaign |
Click Apply for all social platforms you'll be adding instructions for and the Edit prompt to update.
Content Schedule & Approval
Label | Description |
Content Approval | Set to "Required" if all content in this campaign should go through the content approval process |
Content Submission By | Set deadline(s) for creators to submit their content |
Push Live Between | Set the time frame during which creators are expected to upload their approved content |
Live Post Approval | Set to "Required" if all published posts should go through the content approval process |
Collaboration Visibility |
Set who can see each others' review activity. "Between Reviewer and Campaign Manager" means that only those two people can see each other's activity |
Notifications - Creator | Determine the types of email notifications the creator will receive |
Notifications - Campaign Manager | Determine the types of email notifications the campaign manager will receive |
Notifications - Reviewers | Determine the types of email notifications the reviewer will receive |
Pay Creators
Labels | Description |
Payout to Creators | Default payouts that your creators will receive upon completion of their work. Set a default Per Creator or Per Post Amount |
Payment Terms | Calculates the date when creator will need to be paid by |
Tracking
Labels | Description |
Integration | Connect your Shopify store to generate and share monetized links |
Promotions | Use wizard view to create tracking links |
Tracking Level |
Creator - Track performance for promoted products by creator. Use to report on and compare metrics between creators. Post - Track performance at the individual post level. Use to report on different posts by individual creators. |
Tracking Assignment |
Mass-generate - Automatically generate and assign links for all creators. Assign Individually - Assign links to specific creators |
Shortlink Wrapper | Set shortlink (i.e. Bitly) globally in the campaign or none at all |
Contract Settings
Label | Description |
Require creators to accept Terms & Conditions | Set to 'On' if all creators need to indicate they agree to your legal terms and conditions in order to participate in the campaign |
Require document for signature | Set to 'On' if all creators need to electronically sign your legally binding documents |
Paid Media
Label | Description |
Paid Media | Set to 'On' for Paid vs. Organic metrics to populate on the campaign level |
