In this article we'll dive into your campaign settings options within the General Tab.
In the campaign click on the Campaign Settings icon
From the campaign settings page click on the General tab located on the top nav bar.
Label | Description |
Campaign Name | The name of your campaign. This is a mandatory field when creating a campaign. |
Brand | The brand that the campaign is promoting or being driven by. This is a mandatory field when creating your campaign. |
Dates | The campaign start and end dates. This is a mandatory field. |
Platform | The social networks your campaign will be asking creators to create content on. This is a mandatory field. |
Status | Flag whether your campaign is Active, Closed or Paused |
Hashtags & Keywords | When your campaign status is Active, any posts from the participating creators using the specified hashtags and keywords will be pulled into the campaign (excludes IG stories if creator is not authenticated) |
Creator Visibility | When "ON", campaign is visible to invited creators in their dashboard. |
Bonus Content | When "ON", distinguish between requirements, completed posts and bonus content. |
Logo | Image (less than 2MB) that represents your campaign. This logo will also appear in your campaign report. |
Description | Short description of the campaign. |
Tags | A way to classify your campaign metadata with custom data The limit for the Tags field is set in the database at 1024 characters. You may add as many tags as desired within these parameters. For example, you may have 10 tags with 100 characters each, or 2 tags with 512 characters each |
Network Campaign ID | Add the Campaign ID that matches with your external system or process |
Campaign Manager | Set who is planning and executing the campaign. This field is mandatory *The campaign manager must be a user within your CreatorIQ environment |
Account Manager | Set who is preparing presentations and sales pitches *Account manager does not need to have a seat in your environment |
Content Lead | Set who is managing content and compliance *Content Lead does not need to have a seat in your environment |
Links to External Docs | Add any URL relevant to the campaign |
Campaign Category | Campaign attribute that is customizable that will allow you to customize or segment the campaign |
Currency | The currency to use when setting your Budget & Goals, as well as the currency in which your creators will be paid |
IG Story Views** | Turn ON to report Views as an IG story metric in Campaign Statistics and Wrap Report. Set whether view represents impressions or reach in CreatorIQ Network Settings |
** Note: This setting is not enabled by default. In order to enable, head over to Network Settings > Enabled Features > IGStoryViews to enable and make visible.
