Creating a new campaign from a template gives users the option to create a campaign from a list of previously created Campaign Templates. Based on the template selected, some settings and values will be defaulted. Your team will have the ability to toggle ON/OFF and select settings to carry over into this new Campaign.
To create a new campaign from a template, navigate to the Campaigns tab located on the left hand nav bar on the CreatorIQ page.
From the campaigns page, the first action you want to take is to click on Create Campaign.
This will generate the Create New Campaign wizard to help you set up your campaign. Select Creator from a template to continue.
Select the template you want to use in the New Campaign from a Template pop up.
Click on the name of the template to use for the new campaign and adjust the settings for your new campaign on the next screen.
Work with Creators:
Select the settings you would like applied to this new campaign as it relates to the creators in your campaign
Budgets & Goals:
Select the settings you would like applied to this new campaign as it relates to Budget and Target Benchmarks
Creator Brief:
Toggling this feature ON will allow your team to outline the key benefits of your Campaign and set a criteria for Creator selections. This brief is only viewable by your team. Creators will not be able to see these descriptions.
Disclosure Monitoring:
These settings monitor Creators' content to ensure they're complying with policies.
Click Next and make any adjustments to the campaign settings from the Template.
Campaign Name: Used to identify campaign.
Brand Name: Person, organization or company sponsoring campaign.
Campaign Platform: The social platforms to track during the length of your campaign.
Creator Visibility: Selecting to make the campaign visible or not to creators at this time.
Status: Activation settings for the campaign.
Campaign Dates: Time period your campaign will run.
Hashtags / Keywords: Posts using Hashtags & Keywords entered here will be tracked.
Description: Short description of campaign.
Click Next to continue making any updates to the campaign settings.
Link to campaign collateral: Web pages associated with your campaign to track.
Campaign Manager: Name
Account Manager: Name
Sales Person: Name
Click Create Campaign to finish.
Checklist
Along with filling out the details through the Create from a Template popup, below is a checklist to ensure the Campaign runs smoothly!

Add in additional key information like:

Description, Tags, Custom Fields, Network Campaign ID, Account Manager, Content Lead, Sales Person and Creator instructions. -
Set dates:
Invitation Respond by Date, post and additional Campaign Requirement dates, Content Schedule, Approval dates.
