Inside your newly created one-sheet, there are a number of customizations that can be made. We'll walk through some of the most popular below.
Click (Change) to choose your preferred layout, One-Sheet or Roster, in the Branding sub-tab.
Displayed is the latest external shareable link that was created for the one-sheet.
To view a history of all the link(s) that were created for the one-sheet, visit the Published One-Sheets tab.
For additional security or to set a deadline, set an expiration date for the published link.
Toggle ON to allow external viewers to approve, reject, and comment on the creators included in the one-sheet.
|Display Featured Creators||
Adding creator(s) in this section will surface a new section at the top to display these specified creators. This section's Title, Description, and preferred creator information can be updated.
In addition, a star will display next to the creator(s) name/handle indicating that they are a Featured Creator.
Toggling ON – and check-marking in this section – will display the chosen details in the creator's header (next to their creator profile picture).
Toggling ON will allow you to select up to 8 metrics. These metrics will be displayed for all creators.
Toggling ON – and check-marking in this section – allows you to pick and choose which part of the audience data will be displayed for the creator(s).
📌 Note – the audience data is from their Creator Profile. If the creator has several social account(s) in their Profile, the data will include this.
|Sample Videos, Posts and Blogs||
Toggling ON will display the creator(s) Featured Posts and/or Sponsored Posts.
📌 Note – these posts are not automatically chosen once toggling this feature on. It must be selected in each of the creators' Show Advanced Settings – which is located on the bottom right corner of the creator's expanded view.
💡 Tip! To make edits to a specific creator, click the creator in the Creators tab → Show Advanced Settings (located on the bottom right of their expanded summary view). This will override the chosen and defaulted Settings within the One-Sheet.
