CreatorIQ Paid Media Reporting Checklist
While the Support team is working on your request to enable Paid Media Reporting, there are a few steps you can take on your end to ensure the process is seamless.
- Identify all team members with Facebook Ads Manager Accounts
In order for Paid Media Reporting to be properly enabled on your CIQ account, all Facebook Ad Account Owners will need to authenticate. In some companies, there is only one Ad account that everything is run from; in other instances, there may be multiple users with Ad Manager accounts.
Regardless of how your ownership model is structured, take the time to locate all accounts so you have that information on-hand and are ready to authenticate once Paid Media Reporting is turned on in your CIQ account
Once you are set up, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that Paid Media Reporting has been activated in your environment.
