🔐 Security Requirements
In order to ensure that your login remains secure, please note that:

Password Requirements
Your password must be a minimum of 8 characters and contain 1 lowercase, 1 uppercase letter, and 1 number.

Security Questions
You must select a security question. This question will be required when resetting your password in the future.
Note: If you used Sign in with Google when activating your account, CreatorIQ will use your Google login credentials to access your dashboard and a separate password is not required. To learn more about resetting your Google password, click here.
All new users will receive a welcome email from communication@creatoriq.io that contains a Sign Up link:
Clicking on this link will open a page where you can create a password and activate your login.
Warning: Once you have been invited, your activation link will be valid for 7 days. If it's past 7 days, please ask a teammate with CreatorIQ admin access or reach out to CreatorIQ Support.
If you used an email and password combination to sign up for CreatorIQ, you can request a password reset via the Need help logging in? link on the login page:
You will be prompted to enter the email you used to sign up for CreatorIQ. Next, you will receive an email with a password reset link. Before you can update your password, you will need to answer the security question you selected when signing up for your account.
Warning: If you are running into errors with your password reset, it may be due to one of the below circumstances.
- When requesting a password reset, your link is for 1 hour. Please go through the reset process again if an hour has past since requesting your password link via email.
- If you have forgotten the answer to the security question, please reach out to CreatorIQ Support to receive a temporary password.
