If your brand has set up multiple divisions in your network, you can customize your Creator Pay settings by division to allow your team to pay creators in multiple markets or from segmented bank accounts!
Warning: CreatorIQ Admin user access is needed to edit Creator Pay.
How-To: Setup in Network Settings
Part One → Integrations
- Navigate to Network Settings > Integrations > Connected Applications.
- Click on Switch above the title header (Connected Applications).
- Select a Division from the dropdown menu.
- Click
(or Apply).
- Scroll down to the Payments section and select the appropriate payment processor.
- Follow the prompts to connect the Division to the payment processor.
Part Two → Configuration
- Navigate to Network Settings > Application Settings > Creator Pay.
- In the Creator Pay expanded dropdown, select Configuration.
- Click on Switch above the title header (Creator Pay - Configuration).
- Select the division in the dropdown selection.
- Click
(or Apply).
- Configure Creator Pay for the selected division.
- Confirm your choices by clicking
(or Save).
How-To: Edit Email Template
- Navigate to your brand's Network Settings.
- Click on Creator Pay under Application Settings.
- In the Creator Pay expanded dropdown, select Email Template.
- Click on Switch above the title header (Creator Pay email template).
- Select the division in the dropdown selection.
- Click
(or Apply).
- Edit the email template.
- Click
(or Save) to confirm your edits.
