Can I export Expanded Brand Safety data or access it via API?
Currently, it is not possible to include Expanded Brand Safety flags in exports, export flagged posts, or access the Expanded Brand Safety flags via our API.
Can Expanded Brand Safety filters include other languages, emojis, and special characters?
All languages and emojis are supported by default. Expanded Brand Safety filtering utilizes exact keyword-matching on text associated with creator posts. Any matched posts will be returned regardless of the language or special characters.
Note: Special characters and phrases like "&", “and”, “or”, “not”, and “+” are ignored. This means that “Dolce & Gabbana” or “Dolce and Gabbana” are considered equivalent keywords and will both pull in a post with a caption like "Channeling Dolce sweetness today and Gabbana boldness tonight!"
The "/" symbol acts similarly, except when used with digits. "9/11" is treated as one keyword, while “crypto/enthusiast” requires a post to mention both "crypto" and "enthusiast" in order to be flagged. Words with one or two characters, e.g., “a” and “of” are ignored. Thus, “a fantastic film” is searched as “fantastic film.” Note, a dash (-) is not a separator. “Anti-racism” is considered a single keyword and will not flag posts that include the keyword “racism”.
