With Creator Questionnaire, influencers can add their information directly! Organize their profiles based on their response so you can effectively match them with brands, products, and campaigns.
Warning: Admin CreatorIQ user access is required to set up your questionnaires.
Workflow
- Navigate to Network Settings.
- Under Application Settings, click Creator Facing Pages.
- Find Creator Questionnaires in Modules.
Tip: A set of pre-defined questions is set by default in your CRM. To hide any of these defaulted questions, please contact our Support Team to customize your team's experience.
- Find the Creator Questionnaire in Network Settings.
- Click on the Creator Questionnaires section.
- Select Questionnaires List.
- Click on
(or Create Questionnaire).
- In the New Questionnaire window, input the following details:
â–¸ Name: Input the title of the questionnaire
â–¸ Description: Add an explanation of the questionnaire
▸ Layout: Choose how the questions will appear – all questions appear on the page, or one question appear at a time
â–¸ Questions:(or Add Questions) creators would respond to
- After adding all the details, click
(or Save) to create your questionnaire.
- A green notification will pop up to confirm your questionnaire has been created!
Note: To update a questionnaire's details, click . After, the Edit or Remove options will appear.
- Create a questionnaire.
- Next to the questionnaire, click
.
- Select Edit.
- Click the question you'd like to edit.
- Edit the details, including:
â–¸ Question: Rephrase the inquiry
â–¸ Placeholder: Pre-answer a question for the creator
â–¸ Max characters: Add a limit to the creator's answer
â–¸ Required: Checkmark this box if it's necessary for creators to answer
▸ Answers: Change the values creators can choose from – this option is dependent on the selected Question TypeNote: The Creator Field, Category, and Question Type cannot be edited as these fields route the creators' answers to the correct location in their Creator Profiles.
- After editing the question, click
(or Save).
Warning: Your team must have Creator Connect to select or update the onboarding questionnaire for influencers.
- Navigate to Network Settings.
- Under Application Settings, click Creator Facing Pages.
- Select Onboarding Steps in Onboarding.
- Under Creator Questionnaire, click the dropdown.
Note: This section must be enabled, or toggled ON, to edit this option.
- Select a questionnaire.
- Confirm your selection by clicking
(or Save) on the top right.
- Navigate into your CRM, Campaigns, One-Sheets, Or Lists.
- Select – or
– the influencer(s) you'd like to send the questionnaire.
- Click
(or Send Message).
Note: If you've selected several creators in the CRM, a tray will appear at the bottom of the page where the Send Message icon (or
) will appear.
- Under Send Message, select Send Questionnaire.
- Select the questionnaire.
- Fill out the email template details and press
(or Send).
Questionnaire Data
Warning: If the creator has replied to a question before, their new response will overwrite all previously recorded answers. However, the recorded answers can still be accessed through Questionnaire History or Reports!
- Navigate to the influencer's Creator Profile.
- In their profile, review their responses through the Questionnaires History tab.
- Summary tab: influencer's general CreatorIQ details (e.g. manager, notes, etc.)
- Profile tab: influencer's personal information (e.g. favorites, hobbies, etc.)

Contacts tab: influencer's contact details (e.g. phone number, email, etc.)
- Navigate to the
(or Creators) tab.
- Select CRM filter.
- Choose Custom Tags.
Note: Filtering through questionnaire responses through the CRM will also include a mix of manually added tags that were previously set up in Network Settings. - In Custom Tags, select the question in Tag Types.💡
Tip: Further filter through responses by applying the OR/AND logic:
- OR → Filter through creators with at least one of the selected values.
- AND → Filter through creators with all chosen values.
- After selecting a tag type, Tags will have the creators' answers.💡
Tip: If a specific response isn't listed in Tags, you can now type in a keyword or phrase – which will turn it into an asterisk, and search the value through Creator Profiles.
- Navigate to the
(or Reports) tab.
- Under Questionnaire, select either:
▸ Creator's Questionnaire Responses → See how all your creators' responded
▸ Creator's Questionnaire Completion → View the questionnaires' stats – including how many creators were invited, completion rate, etc.
