If you have a substantial amount of vetted creators that need to be added to your network, you can save time by adding them through the Import Tool! The Import Tool is available in your CRM, Campaigns, One-Sheets, and Lists to help you track and manage creators in one location.
The Import Tool template, a requirements/formatting guide, and step-by-step instructions are provided below to help you get started!

⚠️ Creator Prerequisites
All creators must have the following elements:
-
One social account
Each creator must have at least one social account (with a unique username) linked to them.
-
First and last name
If their first and last name is not listed, CreatorIQ will designate their handle in its place.
📃 Formatting Requirements
When filling out the Import Tool template, please follow the instructions below:
-
Enter only the required data in each cell
All cells must only include the requested piece of information. Please read Import Tool Requirements for formatting guidelines on each column/cell.
-
Separate a creator's social accounts
When the creator has several social accounts, each one must be in a separate cell.
-
Avoid duplicating creators and social accounts
Once a social account is linked to a specific creator, it cannot be linked to others. Moreover, creators should only be added once in the spreadsheet.
-
Add countries as a proper noun
The creator's country must be spelled out as a proper noun — not abbreviated. All the countries are listed in the template for reference!
-
Include all the data in one tab
In the spreadsheet, please add all the formatted data in one tab. Please delete the included instructions tab.
-
Remove columns with empty cells
There are no requirements to have all cells filled out – except for the creator prerequisites. Thus, irrelevant tabs and columns can be deleted.
