As a CreatorIQ customer, you are now able to direct questions from your Creators regarding authentication, Campaigns, Ad Permissions, Branded Content toggles, and payments to our new Help Center at creatorsupport.creatoriq.com. Our resources have been written specifically for Creators to address common questions and concerns about your partnerships and Campaigns.
What to Expect
Previously, you may have leveraged Creator Guides in our main Help Center in conversations with your Creators. Instead, you can now direct Creators who are looking to get help to our Creator Support Center. This means that you'll no longer have to worry about Creators being able to view information about your CreatorIQ platform and the magic that happens behind the scenes of their Creator Dashboards!
