FEATURE OVERVIEW:
Users have the ability to configure approval requirements for live/published posts and match against post-level requirements.
SHOW ME HOW:
To set Live Post Approval requirements…
- Navigation: From Campaigns tab, select a campaign -> Settings -> Work with Creator => Content Schedule & Approval
- Set Live Post Approval Requirement to either = ‘Required’ or ‘Not Required’
- ENABLE COLLABORATION = 'ON'

Live Post Approval with Post Requirements
CAMPAIGN SET-UP CRITERIA:
- Post-level requirements for this post are set
- Pending Live Approval = ‘REQUIRED’
(1) If post-level requirements are set, compare them with the published post to see if media type, upload time, and other requirements match
(2) Selecting ‘APPROVE’ will add the post to campaign reporting and will be visible in the campaign collage
i.The user will have the option to notify the creator that their Live Post was approved
(3) Selecting ‘REJECT’ will remove a post from campaign reporting
(4) By selecting ‘REJECT,’ the post status will display ‘Rejected’ along with reject reason, if provided by the user
i. When the ‘REJECT’ CTA is selected, the user will have the option to enter a reject reason
ii.The user will have the option to notify the creator of the rejected post and reject reason via email

Live Post Approval without Post Requirements
CAMPAIGN SET-UP CRITERIA:
- Post-level requirements for this post are NOT set
- Post Approval = ‘NOT REQUIRED’
(1) If post-level requirements are NOT set, published posts will be automatically pulled in based on mentions, hashtags, and keywords set at the campaign level
(2) The ‘APPROVE’ CTA will still be disabled
(3) The user will still have the ability to ‘REJECT’ the post, in which case, the same functionality applies:
i.When the ‘REJECT’ CTA is selected, the user will have the option to enter a reject reason
ii.The user will have the option to notify the creator of rejected post and reject reason via email
iii.The post status will display ‘Rejected’ along with reject reason, if provided by the user
