In your "Admin Tool" section lives all access control capabilities. SocialEdge access control is based on group and role level permissions as well as the ability to apply custom permissions to individual records. Permissions apply to UI elements, various types and groups of data, different modules and operations on the platform.
The three different types of SocialEdge access are: Administrator, Manager, and Search:
- Search has read-only access.
- Manager can edit all information.
- Administrator can delete all information and merge influencers profiles.
Talent (Influencers), Campaigns and Lists refer to the availability to search, edit and delete records in those groupings. Finance a SysAdmin are separate settings granting permissions to specific data and features. System Administrator holds power to add users, delete users, and configure your team's entire SocialEdge network.
Depending on the user's use case, a common work flow is to allow certain teams administrative access to the portion of SocialEdge they are frequently using.
Responsibility Area can be used to indicate a user's duty within the platform/company. Selecting a responsibility area does not alter access.
