One-Sheets are externally shareable links to curated lists of Talent in your network. The customizability of the One-Sheet builder allows you to organize and pitch Talent in accordance with diverse client branding expectations.
To create a One-Sheet, first select your desired sampling of Talent profiles from within the Influencers, Lists, or Recruiting modules. In the below example, profiles have been filtered to only include female Influencers who belong to the category "Beauty" and have been tagged with "makeup." Select the accounts you would included by ticking their corresponding checkbox, clicking the Actions menu, and selecting "Add to One-sheet" from the drop-down options.
After selecting this option, you will be redirected to the One-Sheet builder. The first step is naming your One-Sheet, selecting an Advertiser, choosing a Template (either web or PDF format), and adding any relevant internal notes.
After you hit Save, a permanent link will be created based on the One-Sheet name you selected—this can be updated by editing the Vanity URL field. At the moment of saving, SocialEdge captures a snapshot of all included Talent profiles exactly as they exist in that moment. Thus, when you share the One-Sheet's Permanent Link with a client, you can rest assured that the content they see remains constant.
By default, the One-Sheet will display as much information as is contained in the Influencer's profile record. If you would like to edit this down, head over to "Advanced Settings" to make global changes to what data fields are included (e.g. Description, Tags, Categories, Sponsored posts, etc.). In this location, you will also be able to set an expiration date for your One-Sheet URL, after which the link will no longer be accessible.
After clicking "Save," these changes will be reflected for all Influencer profiles listed in the One-Sheet. You can also make edits at the per Influencer level by clicking into an individual profile and editing the Description field, selecting included social platforms, and tweaking Advanced settings.
