One-Sheets are externally shareable links to curated lists of Talent in your network. The customizability of the One-Sheet builder allows you to organize and pitch Talent in accordance with diverse client branding expectations.
To create a One-Sheet, first select your desired sampling of Talent profiles from within the Influencers, Lists, or Recruiting modules. In the below example, profiles have been filtered to only include female Influencers who belong to the category "Beauty" and have been tagged with "makeup." Select the accounts you would included by ticking their corresponding checkbox, clicking the Actions menu, and selecting "Add to One-sheet" from the drop-down options.
After selecting this option, you can either add the Talent to an existing one-sheet that you see in the pre-populated list of One-Sheet options or you can create a new one sheet. You will then be redirected to the One-Sheet management page.
From the One-Sheet Management page, you will see three tabs at the top left: 1) Creators 2) One -Sheet Settings and 3) +Add Creators
1) Creators- From this area, you can reorder the list of Talent by clicking and dragging on the left side of the creator profile. You can also click on individual Talent to add, edit, or hide information specifically for them, which will open up their profile to the view below.
2) One-Sheet Settings- The one sheet settings tab is where you'll navigate to do most of the customizing for your One-Sheet. From this panel you can set up permissions for your One-Sheet and customize your shareable URL, adjust branding and logos, enable or disable information to be included for all influencers on the One-Sheet (by default, the One-Sheet will display as much information as is contained in the Talent's profile record), and view any One-Sheets that have been published.
3) Add Creators- This tab will allow you to quickly add any other Talent/Creators you would like to your One-Sheet.
Once you have adjusted your settings and customized your One-Sheet, you can Preview the One-Sheet by clicking 'Preview' at the top right of the One-Sheet management page. This will give you a preview of what your One-Sheet will look like and this link can be shared internally but will not work to share externally. Once you have confirmed that your One-Sheet looks good, you can publish your one sheet by clicking 'Publish' at the top right.
