Note: The questions answered below highlight the new simplified workflow updates.
The payment process – through the Payables tab – will remain the same! No changes are being made in the backend. The only changes are the way payments are defined and tracked.
Not anymore! You can now disable Requirements in Campaign Settings ( or ) and still set up the payouts in the Payables tab.
The actions and statuses were renamed for clarity; however, the workflow functions remain the same. The table below breaks down the previous and updated status labels.

Yes! You can manually or automatically set up campaign notifications every time the payment is approved. The notification that is sent is an email template that can be updated by your team's admin in Network Settings.
Manually
- Navigate into your campaign's Payments tab.
- Checkmark the creator(s) you would like to send the notification to.
- Click on
(or More).
- Select Payment Processing Email.
Automatically
- Navigate to your campaign's Payments tab.
- Click
(or Payment Settings).
- In Payment Settings, select Show Advanced Settings.
- Toggle on Creator Notifications.
- Click
(or Save) to confirm the settings.
Currently, currencies cannot be adjusted for each influencer in your campaign. The currency can only be updated for the whole campaign or at a campaign level.
Tip: If you would like to adjust your campaign’s currency, we’ll add the steps below!
- Navigate into your campaign's Payments tab.
