Are there any changes for users managing payments?
The payment process – through the Payables tab – will remain the same! No changes are being made in the backend. The only changes are the way payments are defined and tracked.
Are Creator Requirements still necessary for creator payouts?
Not anymore! You can now disable Requirements in Campaign Settings ( or
) and still set up the payouts in the Payables tab.
What happened to the Payable and Mark as Ready to Pay statuses?
The actions and statuses were renamed for clarity; however, the workflow functions remain the same. The table below breaks down the previous and updated status labels.

- E-Check: 4-5 business days
- Wire: 1 business day

Warning: If you are a creator trying to change your original selected form of payment, please get in touch with your Campaign Manager as soon as possible.
How can creators check their payment status?
Creators can check the status through their Creator Dashboard's What's New section. Here, they'll also find new messages and potential/new Campaigns.
If your team has Creator Connect, they can check their payment status through their account's Payment History tab.
